I have a lot of scripts or ways to say things saved, particularly from your articles. At the same time, I rarely ever use the exact wording.
I view the script as “one right way” that communicates an idea of how something can be said, but still needs to be tuned to the situation and people involved.
My Wednesday ritual is to open, save and read your posts. !!
Even for user research, sometimes going off script is when you get the juicy context!
